Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, contact details, shipping and billing address, and order contents. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our systems.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, handle support requests, prevent fraud, and — where you've opted in — send occasional product and training emails.
Sharing
We share data only with providers required to run the store: our e-commerce and payment platforms, fulfilment and shipping carriers, and email tooling. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep your cart, remember preferences and measure aggregate site performance. You can clear or block them in your browser, though the cart may not persist.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email info@myroad2.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
