Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces can take slightly longer during launch weeks; if that affects your order, we'll email you.

Domestic orders typically arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders typically arrive 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the label is scanned by the carrier.

International orders may incur import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If tracking hasn't moved for seven business days, email info@myroad2.com with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation.
